A LITTLE HELP BEFORE YOU HEAD OUT

Planning a loop walk in Türkiye

A planned loop gives you a route that returns toward its starting point. RunRo’s planner currently covers Türkiye and needs an internet connection.

Choose where to start

Open the Walk tab and choose Plan a walk. Use the structured planner to select your starting point, duration and the available route options. Choose a starting point near walkable paths or streets.

Planning requires location permission and the iOS Precise Location setting. If Precise Location is off, enable it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → RunRo, then return to the app.

Review the route before starting

Inspect the planned route, route length and estimated route duration before beginning your walk. Route length measures the planned geometry. The walked distance recorded by GPS is a separate estimate and can differ.

A route is a planning suggestion. Map data can be incomplete or outdated, and a path may be closed or unsuitable when you arrive. Check your surroundings, local access and conditions as you walk.

If no loop is available

Check your connection and whether the starting point is inside Türkiye. Waiting does not expand the coverage. A loop is not available for every starting point and duration; try a nearby starting point or a different duration.

If the routing service is temporarily unavailable, try again later or choose Quick Walk. Quick Walk records without a planned route. Other route shapes and turn-by-turn guidance are not offered in this release.

Save what you actually walked

Finish your walk to save the recording on your phone, then view it in Progress or History. Even when you follow the planned route, GPS estimates can differ from its geometry.
