ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER

A little less planning. A little more walking.

Start with a route, or just start walking. RunRo keeps the rest simple.

Two ways to start

Quick Walk

Head out without a planned route. Record with GPS, then save the walk to your phone.

You can record offline. Location permission and usable GPS updates are still needed.

Map downloads need a connection.

About offline recording

Plan a loop

Choose a starting point and duration. Look over the route and its route length before you go.

Route planning is available in Türkiye and needs an internet connection.

Planned route length is separate from estimated walked distance.

ROUTE ILLUSTRATION

See where you walked

GPS recording puts your walked route on the map, with your duration alongside it.

Numbers with perspective

Walked distance and pace are GPS estimates. Planned route length is a separate measure of the planned geometry.

A history that stays close

Your completed walks and preferences stay on your phone. Open your local history and revisit a recorded route.

YOUR WALK. YOUR SPACE.

Less to sign up for. More room to wander.

No account needed. Walk history stays on your device. No ads or cross-app advertising tracking.

Route planning sends your starting location over HTTPS for temporary in-memory processing; the backend does not persist it or log raw coordinates. Maps use OpenFreeMap tiles. Mobile Sentry is used only for crashes, with location fields filtered out.

A few things to know

More help with RunRo
Is RunRo free?

Yes. The current iOS release is free, and you do not need an account.

Where does route planning work?

Loop route planning is currently available in Türkiye. It needs an internet connection and a starting point near a walkable path or street.

Can I record a walk offline?

Quick Walk recording and locally saved history work offline. Location permission and usable GPS updates are still needed. New routes and map downloads need a connection, so the map may be incomplete offline.
